The neighbors threw out a bunch of stale bread to feed the squirrels. Unfortunately, some of it went where Abby could snag it.

She can't eat grains. She's fine - a little chicken and yogurt and some time in the back yard did the trick (plus some open windows).  But I have two new terms with regards to the Labrador Retriever Digestive Track.

  1. Look at that face - so sweet!!!

Lightning can clear a room in a nanosecond when he finds some rabbit treats in the yard:)

  2. Thank you for your kind comments about Shiver. He's doing a lot better now, thankfully. He's not 100% yet, but gets a little closer each day.

I had no idea you visited regularly. Thank you!

....gurgle........... you were just being true to type, heh Abby?! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  4. OMD my DEAR Abby.... I am SOOOO very much sorry that your Outdoor FIND caused you some intestinal ... ummmmm DIFFICULTIES... Hope you are feeling much better NOW...

  5. Great work, Abby! First you found the bread and then had to have chicken and yoghurt! Sorry about the open windows....but this, too, shall pass...BOL!

  6. Poonami BOL. But isn't chicken tasty. Thanks for the POTP you have been sending. Happy Thanksgiving!

    Aroo to you,

  7. Oh poor Abby,
Hope she is feeling much better.

  8. Abby, blame the smell on your dad!

    Your Pals,

    Murphy & Stanley

  9. I hope the open windows will not make your house to a frozen kingdom :o)

  10. Our late friend Braydee Spiker, a yellow lab mix, was very allergic to all kinds of stuff. The words you came up with are things she did too if she happened to eat something she wasn't supposed to.

  11. Thanks everyone- I just got off work, and had to let everyone know that Abby is feeling MUCH better and the neighbor's will make sure the bread for the squirrels stays on their side of the fence!

  12. Oh nose! I gets the toots too when I eat stuff I shouldn't ;)
