  2. That was such a great month. I'd been left very skinny and scared after having multiple litters of pups at a high kill shelter, heartworm positive. Some Lab rescue people Mom's book sponsored had driven 12 hours to rescue me and when Mom saw my picture she said I had to be part of her family. Our first outing to the park was a little scary but I had so much fun and Mom and Dad took me for frozen yogurt afterwards. Best Gotcha month ever!
