Those waffles look almost good enough to eat right off the laptop screen! Did your Mom make those cook pizza bones for you too - they look even tastier.

Ingredients
Delete2 cups of Almond Flour
2 cups of Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup of Corn Meal
1 egg
1 3/4 cups of water – 2 cups of water…if the dough is a little dry…just add a little bit more water : )
3 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of basil
1 cup of grated cheddar
1 cup of chopped sundried tomatoes. (If you are using oil packed…use the oil from the tomatoes instead of olive oil or vegetable oil…a lot of extra flavor )
Just a small handful of diced bacon or ham (minimally processed)
Directions
Time to fire up the over to 375 degrees
Put all of your ingredients in a large bowl…mix well then flour a working space and knead the dough till it well formed (it will be a stiff dough).
Roll out the dough till it is approximately 1/2″ thick and then cut out any size or shape you would!
Once they are all cut out and on a greased baking sheet or placed on parchment they get popped into the over for approximately 50 minutes.
After 40 minutes…I take them out…brush them with oil and sprinkle some extra cheese on top…it’s a little something extra but it does not have to be done : )
those waffles look wonderful!

At least you got pizza bones, but I can't BELIEVE your momma would make something and not share it!!
ReplyDeleteGrains like wheat give me really bad dogrrhea and with it being winter and me not wanting to go out to potty anyway, not a good thing, Mom says. I enjoyed my pizza bone.
DeleteWe think SEVERAL pizza bones are in order!
ReplyDeletePizza bones? Y-u-m. Think that particular treat is much better than pancakes. At least for pooches. Us huMoms however, think those Swedish pancakes are pretty darn tasty looking.
ReplyDeleteThat all looks super yummy!
