  1. Ha Ha - good one. Mom has been in stitches today reading The Book of Barkley. The tub and socks episode, the bark good, and the truck maintenance stories cracked her up bigtime:)

    1. SO glad you are reading it. It had a strong theme of dealing with loss and grief but Barkley was SUCH a source of humor, and those memories kept me going after we lost he and my brother so suddenly. It was a #1 best seller in 3 countries which helped us donate a lot of money to animal rescue.
If your Mom wants an autographed copy of my second book which talks about human and pet adoption, just drop me a "do not post" address in a comment and I'll mail her one.

  4. I love that! Though being on some chicken forums, I have seen it before...some folks get very elaborate with their chicken coops.

  7. Why does a chicken coop have two doors?

Cuz if it had four doors it would be a chicken sedan!!! (Sorry guys)
