Start with six-eight slices of Challah Bread (available in most larger grocery bakeries). It's so pillowy soft on the inside it makes great french toast.
In an 8 x 8 pan, whisk 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 Tablespoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon vanilla, two toothpick swirls of Young Living Vitality Nutmeg and 1 toothpick swirl of Lemon Vitality essential oil (or 2 pinches of dried nutmeg and one of grated lemon zest). Dip bread in the batter for 15 seconds per side, shake off excess and grill in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown.
